Bio
Bristol based electronica trio Concrete Disco is led by multi-instrumentalist and chief songwriter Jonny Wharton, aka Jonny Falls Over, alongside brothers Joe (keys/laptop) and Dom Cusack (drums/samplers).
The band's music weaves between punchy electro-pop for the end times, raucous mashups, and breakbeat-driven workouts. At turns their music draws from the driving synths and drums of Moderat, the swagger of Soulwax, and the claustrophobic atmospheres of latter-day Radiohead.
As a formidable live act Concrete Disco have built up a dedicated following, most recently supporting The Orb on tour. They have taken their high-octane show to Glastonbury Festival, Secret Garden Party, The Borderline and The Roundhouse, also supporting Deadmau5, Modestep, Plump DJs, Beardyman and others along the way. They've had radio support from cult slots such as Soho Radio, Shoreditch Radio and Eddie Temple-Morris on XFM. With this exciting new chapter opening for them, Concrete Disco continue to tread new ground as they look set to take 2023 by storm.
